I am Nilesh Gule, passionate software professional. Lifelong learner with a simple motto of Code with Passion and Strive for Excellence. I started my software journey back in 2003 in Bengaluru (Bangalore as it was called back then) in India. I have had the opportunities to work with some of the great companies like Thomson Financials, Tesco and Credit Agricole. Currently I am employed with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore (PACS) as Big Data Architect.

I started off my career as .Net developer and has transitioned into multiple roles and responsibilities like Tech Lead, Scrum Master, Architect. I like to explore latest technologies. I have experience of working on following technologies in past few years

Interests

Since 2003, I have experience of working in different domains like Healthcare, Finance, Retail and now insurance. In August 2018, I was awarded Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) for my contribution to technical communities for Azure. I am a big fan of clean code. Code quality is something which is very close to my heart. I am well versed with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts, tools and have been exploring Cloud Computing and Microservices off late. DevOps is another area where I am keen to focus.

Developer Community / Evangelism

I like being part of community. Sharing knowledge via community engagement has helped me learn a lot. I am open to speaking engagements both in person and remotely.
